This website will provide a monthly newsletter highlighting upcoming events for the neighborhood and any newsworthy items that homeowners would like to share.

Anyone interested in submitting an article for this newsletter should contact one of the Trustees with information regarding their article and the process to get their article published. 

Current news:

Our annual subdivision meeting was held at 7:00 p. m. at Samuel Sachs Library in Chesterfield on January 6, 2010.

Some of the highlights from our discussions are listed below:

*  We discussed our budget and agreed it was very similar to last year's expenses

*  The landscaper (Blue Grass) and the Irrigation firm (Lawn Systems) are doing a great job.

*  Our annual dues will remain the same.  Notices will be mailed late January and will be due by 3/15/10.  There is a 25% late fee that will be assessed after the due date so please make sure you are current by 3/15.

*  Requests -

     1.  trim tree on the north side of the entrance/exit at Baxter for better view of traffic

     2.  Plan for the 2010 meeting around the October timeframe so that weather is not an issue

     3.  Research the accident site at Wild Horse Creek entrance to ensure that no damage occurred to our sprinkler system
